I think im Banned on the Official Discord Server, can somemone help me to get unbanned? my Discord is @x.princess https://imgur.com/a/VPD1yFD

So i got a problem with starting RageMP: Everytime i start RageMP i get a message which says: "You have been automatically banned by EasyAntiCheat for cheating software. All EAC bas are automatically issued and revoked. If you believe you were banned by mistake, your ban will be lifted automatically later (which never happened). Global ban expiry date: permanent; 22641389" . I already tried to reinstall RageMP many times and even reinstalled Windows 3 times but nothing worked. I also deleted all my files on my compuer about 4 Times but i still get the same message. I never did download any cheat and if some cheats were downloaded then i didn't do it on purpuse. I thought when i reinstall windows that many times and also deleted everything it should work - shoult it? So what can i do? Maybe a PC - Scan or smth like that? Because i don't know where the Cheat is saved (If there is one) - especially because i deleted everything so many times. I just wanna play again and don't wanna buy a whole new PC for it . I played GTA 5 rp 16/06/23.. I just stayed alt tabed and started an ASUS rog programme for boost my PC, but at that moment it started to update. And my computer laged for a minute. I think therefore I think that there might be an easy anticheating was detected. Also, yesterday I've downloaded some modes for better graphics, thus also might be a reason for banning me. I kindly ask you to unban me, because I have not done anything which is might be considered as a breaking rules of the game. Hope to hear from you soon, with a good news from you. I ran into a problem on 16.06.23. as soon as it opens, an error appears from RAGE multiplayer, and it says: " You have been automatically banned by EasyAntiCheat for cheating software. Global ban expire date: Permanent. but I never cheated I played for over 1 year on the grand servers and i had many pc checks by the admins and all of them now I am not cheating Hello Dear Rage Administrators, today I was playing on Grand Role Play de2 and the server was restarting a lot because they patched new update and there was a lot of bugs and they was restarting multiple times, then they opened the server and while I was playing I just got a message said " You have been automatically banned by EasyAntiCheat for cheating software. Global ban expire date: Permanent." let me explain my situation there was something you placed in the game a Solar Panel and you need to repair it every hour on xx:35, when I did repair it I received the ban, I'm not using any cheats or any software in the game, I really like the game and I was playing the server for over 1 year I didn't even think for using any kind of cheats for this server or and other servers, because I paid over 5000Euro for the game and spend a lot of time on it, I hope I get another chance and forgive me this time, I really admire on the wonderful project that Rage worked on it and helped other people opens the servers, I really thank you for your time for watching my forum and one more time thank you.

Hello, this is my first time on the RAGE MP forum and I do not know where to write this message. When I tried to log into the discord server, I found out that I was banned there, although I have never been to the RAGE MP server. perhaps my IP is banned from you. help me join your server

Some months ago (cannot really remember when the event had exactly occurred) the website was down and I asked in the discord's support channel to confirm that the website was actually down without scrolling all the way down. It seems that a lot of people had the same question and it was apparently answered multiple times. A staff member replied to my question with disrespect, obviously, cannot really blame the guy since he had already answered the question multiple times but then I replied with "Wouldn't it save us both time if you had just answered the question with a 3-letter response (yes)?" (regarding the website being down). I do not remember his exact reply but it was something like this "Maybe, but wouldn't it save us both time if you looked before you typed?" and then I just replayed with a "Maybe" and then I got banned permanently. In my opinion, as a person that looks up to the Rage-MP community and really enjoys using the client to play I think that that approach and reaction of that staff member was very immature and I kindly ask to be unbanned. If you can't unban me, for whatever reason, I would at least want to the staff member that banned me to reply with the real reason. I am sure the chat logs are easily accessible, since the time that the event had happened was around when the website was down. I am really sorry for repeating a question but I strongly disagree with the staff's approach of the event. Anyway, thank you for reading my appeal and I hope that it just does not get ignored like the rest of the appeals.

That day was hard for me and I do know how to handle situations like this if any.
