GTA V Enhanced - Failed to initialize a thread (ERR_GFX_RENDERTHREAD)

I get this error whenever I try to join a server. (RTX 5070Ti, Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 32B CL30 6 000Mhz RAM)

- Im on Rockstar Launcher, Enhanced edition

- I added all the files to exceptions in Windows Defender 

- Newest NVidia drivers

- Disabled Core Isolation

- Reinstalled RAGEMP several times


The issue doesnt seem to go away, I would appreaciate any help, Im downloading the Legacy version now to try launching through that.
