It seems that you don't have the latest version of bootstraper.dll, place the latest version in your runtime folder and I think you'll be good.

And where can I find it? I used the updater and nothing changed. I reinstalled the server and again, nothing changed.

Just go to your .nuget folder,  go to gtanetwork.api and get it from there, copy the 0.3.6 version to your runtime folder.

If i create my database in javascript, and i need implement html in these database because my server don't connect with these, how can i create a roleplay server with all features developed, anti-ddos, anti-julito, i want create a perfect roleplay server, my staff?, me and other eight developers, full staff, if you think, if i'm open this server, i lead the lspd and i have a lot of followers, i have an crew and i search a roleplay server for me and all my staff of lspd, thx a lot for read.

Same we said before, copy the Bootstrapper located on runtime folder to the path your 0.3.7 Nuget is installed.
