Hey all, looking into getting into some scripting for Rage, I know a fair amount but something I seem to have hit a roadblock with and cant find any answers to is whether or not it is possible to set up regions, for example lets say i wanted the whole map to be able to do a pick locking script, but if you are at Mission Row PD, that script is disabled whilst you are in the region. Could anyone advise me on this? Many Thanks

Hello to whom ever decides to read this! My name is Danny I am 23 and a 3d/Digital Artist that is what I do for a living I say that as a means to make you the reader understand where I stand in terms of knowledge in Game Development. Recently I've decided I wanted to take on a project with a few other people on RageMP but we are lacking one thing and that would be a lead scripter/developer. This is a very new project and currently we have a UI designer, Map Editor, and Map Assistant, along with someone with a understanding in scripting. We also have a few people who we trust as testers and future staff. As I do have a decent under standing of Game Developing that being said this is a different thing in many aspects and I hope whom ever we bring on the team can really be someone I and the rest of the team can look to for a better understanding of limitations and other things. What we are looking for: We honestly need someone who is dedicated like we are to the experience we are trying to accomplish along with someone who thrives to push their self. We want someone chill, funny, good company, and someone who has ideas and isn't afraid to put them out there. We want to make this dream come true and someone who can polish or even come up with ideas is always appreciated. The Plan: This project is a big one and we know that, we have no intention to rush it at all. We have phases planned and small steps we want to take to ensure the core systems are in play before anything else. We the current developers are all people who play the game-mode we wish to improve and are long term experienced in the game-mode and how it should be but we really want to all shoot opinions out and perfect it together. Guten Tag RageMP Community, Wir das Vinewood Roleplay (VRP) Team suchen Unterstützung. Gesucht wird: Scripter(C# und JS) Frontend Designer Developer Unser Team besteht derzeit aus einer kleinen Gruppe von 4 Leuten 2 Projectleader/Founder 1 Teammanager 1 Gamedesigner (Mappings, Konzepte) Das haben wir vor: Wir von >Vinewood Roleplay< möchten ein Roleplay Konzept etablieren von dem es einige Wünschen. Unser Fokus hierbei liegt im Aufbau eines Komplexen Wirtschaftssystemes dass das Verhältnis zwischen Legalen und Illegalen Vereint. Angefangen von einfacher Produktion bis hin zur Mafia/Kartellartiger Illegaler Organisation. Ob Produktion im Inland oder durch Export von Ware ins Ausland und somit auch Produktion im Ausland mit Import der Produzierten Ware. Neben dem Ganzen Business soll aber auch der Casual Spieler nicht zu Kurz kommen. Durch Implementierung von "Jobs für Jedermann" die durch Point to Point oder einfachen Farmen zu Handhaben sind. Wir wollen die Texteingabe wie Chat so Gering wie möglich halten und alles über Interaktionsmenüs laufen Lassen, sodass keiner mehr mitten im Getummel noch ein Command eingeben muss sondern einfach über ein Keybind ein Aktionsmenü öffnet um dort in Sekundenschnelle zu Agieren. Um mal nur einige Geplante Features zu nennen. Weitere Details werden dann Via Teamspeak besprochen. Всем привет! Если вы, так же как и я, заинтересованы в создании качественного и интересного сервера, а так же умеете писать хороший код, то это обращение к вам! Я ищу таких людей, для того чтобы, в свободное от основных дел время, заниматься разработкой чего-то действительно клёвого. По началу на идейной основе, как хобби. Буду рад либо создать команду с нуля, либо присоединиться к существующий, если наши взгляды будут совпадать. Немного о себе. В одиночку более полугода занимался разработкой собственного сервера на gtmp, но бросил это бесперспективное занятие и выложил исходники на github Там за всё время накопилось много наработок, часть которых я с радостью бы перенёс на rage.
